💵 Payment Policy

💰 Orders $124 & Under – Must be paid in full at the time of order. No retainer option.

💰 Orders $125–$349 – Option to pay a 25% non-refundable retainer to “Save the Date.” Balance must be paid in full 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event.

💰 Orders $350 & Up – Option to pay a 25% non-refundable retainer to “Save the Date.” Balance must be paid in full 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the event.

No payment = no order. Payment secures your spot in our kitchen schedule.

🚫 Returns

No returns. No exceptions. Period.

🧾 Care Instructions

Once you accept your order, Kreative Treats is no longer responsible. Please follow these steps to keep your treats dazzling:

✨ Keep out of direct sunlight & heat.
✨ Refrigerate items before use. (Make sure your fridge is smell-free so your treats don’t pick up extra “flavors.”)
✨ Expect condensation on chocolate-covered items. Remove all items from fridge 30 minutes before your event or gifting. This includes cakes/cupcakes.
✨ Chocolate Covered Strawberries are best enjoyed within 24 hours.

🎨 Custom Design Agreement

We do not copy or replicate anyone’s work (not even our own). Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas are not guaranteed. Colors, shades, and small details may vary.

If no inspiration photos are provided, you’ve given us full creative license to KREATE magic ✨. By placing an order, you’re trusting our skill and professionalism to dazzle your event. Refunds will only be discussed if the overall presentation does not meet our professional standards.

💳 Refunds & Credits

🍬No refunds. Credits may be issued toward a future order if an issue occurs on our part during delivery/shipping. Once it leaves our hands, it’s yours.

❌ Cancelations – Orders $124 or Less

❗ Cancel 10+ days before order date = credit (good for 6 months).
❗ Cancel 9 days or less = payment forfeited, no credit.

❌ Cancelations – Events $125-$349

🗓 Cancel 14+ days before event = refund (minus the Save The Date retainer or 25% of the total order).
🗓 Cancel 7–13 days before event = credit (minus the Save The Date retainer or 25% of the total order).
🗓 Cancel 0–6 days before event = all money paid is forfeited, no credit.

❌ Cancelations – Events $350 & Up

🗓 Cancel 28+ days before event = refund (minus the Save The Date retainer, which is 25% of the total order).
🗓 Cancel 27–14 days before event = credit (minus the Save The Date retainer, which is 25% of the total order).
🗓 Cancel 13 days or less = all money paid is forfeited, no credit.

🔒 Save The Date Retainer (Events $125 or More)

For all events $125 and up, whether you:
✨ Pay in full at the time of order, OR
✨ Place a 25% retainer to save your date

…the same rule applies: 25% of your total order is always non-refundable.

This protects Kreative Treats because every event order includes consultation, brainstorming, design planning, and securing your spot in our calendar. Those services are provided at no upfront cost to you — the retainer ensures our time, creativity, and prep work are valued, even if you later cancel.

➡️ Orders $124 and under do not qualify for refunds — credits only.

🔄 Reschedule Policy

Kreative Treats understands that life happens, so we allow one (1) reschedule per order.

✨ Reschedules must be requested at least 14 days before the original event date.
✨ Reschedules must be within 3 months of the original event date.
✨ Any reschedule request made less than 14 days before the event will be treated as a cancelation and follow the cancelation policy.
✨ A second reschedule is not allowed — it will also follow the cancelation policy. This means you will forfeit 25% of the total order and must pay a new 25% retainer to rebook.

🚗 Missed Delivery / Pick-Up

📦 Delivery: Miss it? $5 storage fee + original delivery fee will be invoiced. Redelivery will be scheduled within 24 business hours (when available). After that, order is gone. No remakes.
🛍 Pick-Up: Late? $5 late fee + 15 minutes grace. After 15 mins, we’ll schedule delivery (within 24 business hours) for $20 + $5 storage fee. Must be paid before delivery. Delivery radius = 18 miles.

We want you to receive your order as fresh as possible and cannot be held accountable for your treats once you have missed your delivery or pick-up time. We also cannot store treats for long periods of time.
