Returns: No Returns. No exceptions.
Care Instructions: Kreative Treats is not responsible for your items once accepted. Please follow these instructions in order to dazzle your event.
•Keep out of direct sunlight and heat.
•Refrigerate items before use. Please make sure the refrigerator does not have any strong smells that will transfer to your treats. Also condensation will occur on chocolate covered items. So remove from fridge 30 mins before event or gifting.
•Chocolate Covered Strawberries are best when consumed in 24 hours.
Custom Design Agreement: Kreative Treats does not copy/replicate any work (inspiration pictures provided). Not even our own. We will always do our best to come as close as possible but can not guarantee it will be exact. That includes inspiration colors. For orders without any inspirational pictures you have given us complete artistic license to Kreate something amazing. By placing an order with us you have placed your trust in our skill level and professionalism to DAZZLE your event. Because of this we will not refund an order for not being satisfied with the final outcome.
Refunds on Treats, Toppers, & Edible Images: We do not issue refunds however we do offer credits (see Cancelations). All our orders are made to order and specifically for you and takes time and products to make each. We will do our best to resolve any concerns and offer a credit towards a future order if something happens during shipment or delivery that could have been avoided on our part. Once the order is out of our hands we can no longer be held accountable.
Refunds on Molds: No refunds once order has been shipped.
Cancelations for Orders up to $200: Orders must be canceled within 7 days of when the order was needed to receive a credit towards a future order. Orders canceled 6 days or less forfeits money paid towards the order and will not receive a credit. Credits must be used 6 months from purchase date.
Cancelations for Events (orders $201 and up): All cancelations must be made 2 weeks prior to event to receive a refund less the "Save The Date" retainer or 25% of total. Any cancelations 7-13 days of when the order is needed will receive a credit for a future order less "Save The Date" retainer or 25% of total. Any cancelations 0-6 days before the event forfeits all money paid towards the order and will not receive a credit. Credits must be used 6 months from purchase date.
Save The Date Retainer: For orders over $200 we offer the option to put down 25% of the total order as a retainer to "Save The Date". This retainer is non refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to event date. If the remaining balance is not paid by 11:59pm on the due date the order will be canceled and the customer forfeits their retainer.
Missed Delivery(local delivery) or Pick Up: If you miss a delivery there will be a $5 storage fee plus the original delivery fee invoiced to you to redeliver when we are available within the next 24 business hrs. We will not remake any orders and after 24 business hours the order will no longer be available. The invoice must be paid for us to redeliver. If you miss your pick up time you will be invoiced a $5 late fee and have 15 mins after agreed upon time to retrieve your items. If you are unavailable to pick up within that 15 mins the items will be delivered within 24 business hours when we are available. Delivery address will be no more than 18 mile radius from our location. Please understand there will also be a $20 delivery fee along with $5 storage fee invoiced to you and must be paid before delivery. If unavailable for delivery the order will no longer be available. We want you to receive your order as fresh as possible and can not be held accountable for your treats once you have missed your delivery or pick up time.
