Returns, Refunds, Cancelations & Missed Delivery Policy

Returns: No Return Needed. If you receive your treats and they do not meet " The Dazzle Standard" we will remake your order for you. Please let us know IMMEDIATELY (No more than 2 hours) after receiving your order to rule out customer error. 

Refunds: We do not issue refunds after an order is made. All our orders are made to order and specifically for you and takes time and products to make each. We will do our best to resolve any concerns and offer a credit towards a future time.

Cancelations: All cancelations must be made 2 weeks prior to event to receive a refund less the "Save The Date" retainer (25% of total). Any cancelations less than 2 weeks will be a credit for a future order. 

Missed Delivery: If you miss a delivery and we are able to deliver it in 2 hours there will be a $5 storage fee plus the original delivery fee invoiced to you. If we have to remake the order there will be a $15 fee for items that were not personalized under $40 plus original delivery fee. Items over $40 will be 50% of total plus delivery fee. If we have made Personalized Dazzle Items Or Packages those will be subject to 50% of items total plus original delivery fee.
